Covid 19 Protocols

At PF Custom Countertops the health and safety of our staff, partners and clients is our highest priority.

We are monitoring and following all guidelines of Alberta Health Services, Health Canada and the WHO for the mitigation of exposure to the virus.

While case loads are decreasing, we still must remain diligent to prevent a fourth wave.

We will continue to adhere to the following guidelines to keep everyone safe:

1) All staff members are to closely monitor their health. If any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus are evident employees are to not come to work and self isolate for 14 days.

2) Cleaning practices have increased to include extra sanitization of all hard surfaces where the virus may linger. This includes all public areas that have an increased level of exposure by clients visiting the showroom.

3) We are continually reinforcing personal hygiene practices with staff as recommended. This includes regular hand washing, avoiding contact with eyes, nose and mouth and use of sanitizers.

4) All business travel has been cancelled, in person meetings with vendors have been postponed indefinitely.

5) Any employee that has travelled internationally or is returning from international travel is to self isolate for 14 days upon return and monitor for symptoms of COVID-19.

6) Any on site employee has been instructed to inquire about the clients travel history and general health. If any concerns arise, we will not attend the worksite until such time as the safety of or employees can be ensured.

7) All staff are encouraged to be vaccinated as soon as possible.

The COVID-19 pandemic remains a fluid situation. Should conditions or recommendations change, we will adjust our protocols as necessary.
